Sometimes we don’t know exactly what we need until we sit down and slow down and take a breath. Until we are in a safe space where we are not judged and we see what feels important to know, or ask, or share.  

Sometimes we have a burning issue and WOW, does it feel good to finally be able to speak about it. 

To finally be seen, heard and validated!

Yes, we might know each other a bit and working with me could seem edgy and knowing and having trust with someone is a very important element of this work.  Discomfort is a growth edge, its where we heal and learn.  It's where we discover what is important to us.

Yes, we might see each other in town or at an event and I assure you, I will never let on that we have worked together or that we even know each other more than in a casual way, without your consent. Your emotional safety is my priority!
